Premier serves your needs through a network of technically trained representatives strategically located throughout North and South America. They are supported by a seasoned, in-house technical staff that is available to assist in your system selection, order processing, and postinstallation service.

A comprehensive owner’s manual is tailored to your system and delivered prior to the arrival of any equipment. This lets you and your operators become familiar with the system, including each component’s installation and operating instructions. A list of recommended spare parts is also included to facilitate the advance purchase of parts necessary to simplify maintenance and help avoid unwanted downtime.

To ensure the system performs to your satisfaction, Premier includes a system start-up after the equipment is installed. Our start-up engineer checks each individual component, confirms your desired conveying rate, and provides operational training for your personnel.

Unexpected emergencies can happen. When they do, you need a supplier that will respond immediately. We inventory more than 3500 different spare parts that can be shipped on a moment’s notice. When necessary, “same day” service is available to minimize downtime caused by unscheduled system maintenance.
