A single-blower system conveys material from the railcar to the storage tank. One blower powers both sides of the system, minimizing cost. It is ideal for applications where the vacuum side of the system is a short distance.
- Conveying rates to 40,000 lb/hr
- 3, 4 and 5 inch line sizes
- Cyclone receiver group (for pellets) or self-cleaning filter receiver (for granular and powder materials) accepts material from railcar, separating material from conveying air
- Aerolock rotary valve meters material into pressure side of system for delivery to storage tank
- Blower's vacuum breaker valve balances conveying rates on vacuum and pressure sides of system
- PLC control panel provides manual start/stop operation, automatic shutdown on a high-level signal, and selector switch for seven destinations
- In-line filter protects blower from material fines
- Includes railcar hatch vent filter, adapter kit, and hose
